Service Description

Be sure to include additional time based on suggestions from our intake call. It is suggested to add 15 or 30 minutes for an introduction to Level II. 90 minutes is usually enough time for an introduction to establish trust and care for standard bodywork sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and reschedules are welcome and preferred with at least 24 hours notice. Chronic cancellations may result in a slot holding fee of $50. All clients must read the Nitty Gritty page before initiating services. Booking is only available through requests on this website; I do not book by text or email.
